Required Deposit
Ponderosa Lodge requires a deposit to be charged at the time of reservation. The deposit due is equal to the total cost of a one (1) night stay. (Deposit includes room rate plus tax).All outstanding charges are due when you check in. We may charge the full price of the reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival. If you would like to pay cash, we will refund your card and accept cash at check in.Cancellation, Early Departure, No Shows
If notice of cancellation is given more than 7 days before the first day of your reservation, the deposit will be refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date require full payment. For no-shows, the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card on file.There are no refunds for early departure, weather, voluntary or otherwise.
Pet Policy
Service dogs are always welcome, but we cannot accommodate ESA (Emotional Support Animals). Please inform us at the time of booking and check in your pet at the office so we can accommodate your needs upon arrival. If you fail to do so we will assume you are not in compliance with our policy and will charge a $150 pet fee. No pets are allowed on furniture or in beds.Smoking Policy
We DO NOT allow smoking in our guest rooms or on the balconies. All our guest rooms are non-smoking. Guest’s credit card will be charged a $500.00 cleaning/sanitizing fee if their unit has been smoked in.Guests can smoke on property as long as it is away from the buildings, outdoor decks and outdoor gas fireplaces.Guest Room Keys
Room key(s) will be given to guests at check-in. If any keys are lost or taken, a $20.00 fine will be charged to the credit card on file.Additional Guests and Children
Our room rates are based on a base occupancy of two (2) guests for all single queen guest rooms, and four (4) guests for double queen guest rooms. A $10 fee for each additional guests will be assessed.Children are always welcome at the Ponderosa Lodge, and those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Please note the following occupancy MAXIMUMS due to fire code:Rooms 1, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 – Maximum Occupancy 4 guests
Rooms 2, 3, 7, 8 – Maximum Occupancy 3 guests
Rooms 11-16 – Maximum Occupancy 2 guests
Ownership reserves the right to refuse accommodations based on exceeding posted occupancy limits.
